Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in supervising carpenters and machine operators
- Monitor daily production work and ensure targets are met
- Ensure proper handling of tools and materials
- Maintain discipline and workflow on the shop floor
- Check quality of finished products (modular kitchen, furniture, etc.)
- Coordinate with management and workers for smooth operations
- Maintain basic production and attendance records
- Ensure safety rules are followed in the factory
Requirements:
- Any Degree / Diploma (preferred)
- Fresher or 0–1 year experience
- Basic knowledge of furniture work (preferred but not mandatory)
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to learn and handle responsibility
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / records maintaining

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
