Key Responsibilities
- Itinerary Planning: Design detailed daily travel schedules, excursions, and activities based on client preferences or educational/corporate goals.
- Logistics Management: Book and confirm flights, ground transportation (cabs/buses), hotels, and local venues.
- Vendor Coordination: Negotiate rates and collaborate with ground service agents, tour guides, and activity providers.
- Budget Administration: Track tour expenses, process supplier payments, and ensure the tour stays within budget.
- Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for travelers, handling inquiries, providing updates, and resolving issues or emergencies.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all required travel documents, permits, and health/safety protocols are in place.
- Post-Tour Evaluation: Collect participant feedback to improve future offerings and maintain performance records.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
