Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and sales performance across territories and clients
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports and management dashboards.
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and trend spotting.
- Support leadership with data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Track key sales operations metrics: targets, pipeline, conversion, margins.
- Partner with sales and production teams to align data with operations.
- Build financial and operational models to support planning and forecasting
- Monitor budget vs. actual performance and flag variances
- Present analysis and recommendations to senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Background in consulting or financial controllership preferred.
- Strong experience in sales operations and performance analysis.
- Proven ability to build MIS reports and dashboards.Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with BI/dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly to leadership.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, production, and finance teams.
