Job Title: Sales Manager – Enterprise IT Solutions
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in enterprise IT software sales. The role focuses on driving high-value enterprise deals, meeting aggressive revenue targets, and expanding our presence across large-scale organizations.
Key Responsibilities

Drive enterprise sales for IT software solutions with a strong focus on MS Dynamics and other ERP platforms

Achieve annual revenue targets of at least ₹3 Crore through strategic account acquisition and management

Manage end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, solution pitching, negotiation, and closure

Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and key decision-makers

Collaborate with delivery and pre-sales teams to align solutions with customer needs

Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance against targets
Required Experience & Skills

Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in enterprise IT software sales

Mandatory experience working in an IT software–based company

Prior experience in companies offering similar IT services/solutions

Strong exposure to Enterprise Sales, specifically involving:
- MS Dynamics (mandatory)

SAP
-
Oracle
-
MS Dynamics experience is critical, along with familiarity with other enterprise platforms

Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
