Role Summary:
Manage Business Development & Sales for Artisanal Abode for domestic and International market. The role focuses on driving sales, client relationships, architect/interior designer outreach, business development and strategic growth for the brand.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and build relationships with architects, interior designers, collectors, and luxury clients
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
- Prepare proposals and preseantations
- Conduct studio visits and client meetings
- Coordinate with design and production teams on custom requirements
- Build partnerships with galleries, retailers, and design platforms
- Assist in exhibition participation and networking initiatives
- Maintain CRM and follow-up systems, calling new studios and building relationhips.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Create quotations and invoices for potential domestic and international clients.
- Calling and developing strong relationships with domestic buying agents and understanding requirements for international orders.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or relevant field.
- 6-18 months experience in luxury sales, furniture, interiors, design or related sectors
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of luxury clientele and custom project sales
- Ability to independently manage client relationships
- Professional and polished communication
- Understanding of data and analytics to manage business targets.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
Desired Qualities:
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Existing architect/interior designer network
- Experience in furniture, collectible design or premium interiors sector
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to problem-solve and come up with creative solutions.
- Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure.
