Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales: Contact potential and existing customers using scripts to pitch products and close sales deals.
- Customer Engagement: Listen to customer needs, offer relevant product recommendations, and effectively handle any objections.
- Record Keeping: Enter, update, and manage detailed customer profiles and call notes within the company's CRM database.
- Quota Management: Consistently work to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Customer Support: Handle post-sale inquiries, process orders accurately, and resolve complaints professionally.
Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
