Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Associate – International Disputes with experience in arbitration and cross-border litigation. The role involves advising on complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes and supporting clients in high-value matters across sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage international disputes across arbitration, mediation, and litigation.
- Represent and support clients in international arbitration proceedings.
- Advise on enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards.
- Conduct research on international laws, treaties, and precedents.
- Liaise with clients and provide practical legal advice.
- Coordinate with international counsel and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with international legal frameworks.
Key Requirements
- LLB / JD from a reputed institution
- Minimum 3 years of experience in international disputes
- Strong knowledge of arbitration and cross-border litigation
- Excellent research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage matters independently and collaboratively
Preferred Attributes
- Exposure to arbitration institutions (e.g., SIAC, ICC)
- Additional language proficiency
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
