Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role

Be responsible for supply chain planning through all business cycles, Product Line revenue contribution, forecast accuracy, inventory, demand planning and operations

Support allocation planning (supply stabilization, product planning & execution) and Generate supply/ recovery plans to close demand gaps and consider contract fulfillments
-
Consolidate for dedicated front end and silicon foundry capacity requirements in a structured manner for the entire business line based on planning process & alignment with cross functional teams/communication to central functions
-
Perform start & ramp; coordinate escalations and involve higher management levels where necessary
- Interface with production logistics and planning; business management, Business Line marketing, ramp-up managers, corporate supply chain and quality management
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain or in Semiconductor industry

Education: Bachelor's/ master’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.

High proficiency in English is required for effective communication across the globe.

Collaborative mindset to bridge gaps between sales, Marketing, and finance, paired with proactive problem-solving under pressure.

Data Analytics: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query), SQL, and Business Intelligence tools (like Microsoft Power BI or Tableau).

Demand Forecasting: Analyzing historical data and market trends to predict future sales and customer requirements.

Inventory Optimization: Balancing stock levels to prevent costly stock outs and excess inventory holding costs.

S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning): Understanding how planning aligns with overarching business objectives and financial P&L.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Translating raw operational metrics into actionable insights to improve supply chain speed and efficiency.

Stakeholder Management: Coordinating with internal departments and managing vendor/supplier relationships to ensure supply continuity.

Risk Management: Anticipating disruptions and developing contingency plans for material shortages or capacity constraints.
