Job Summary:
We are looking for a Technician to operate and maintain machines used for chapathi, porotta, and idly/dosa batter production. The candidate should ensure smooth production operations while maintaining hygiene and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operate food production machinery
- Monitor production process and product quality
- Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards
- Report machine issues to supervisor
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma or relevant technical qualification
- Experience in food production preferred
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in shifts
Experience:
1–3 years preferred (Freshers can apply)
