We are looking for a Growth & Marketing Associate to join our early team. You will be the friendly face of Prochem to our new clients, help us brainstorm exciting marketing ideas, and play a direct role in our daily operations. If you love talking to people, organizing ideas, and trying new things, you will fit right in.
What You Will Do
- Connect & Communicate: Reach out to potential clients, introduce them to the Prochem platform, and guide them on how it can help their business.
- Marketing & Creativity: Help us brainstorm and execute local marketing strategies to get the word out about our startup.
- Nurture Relationships: Act as a helpful point of contact for our existing users, ensuring they have a great experience on our platform.
- Learn & Grow: Work directly with the founding team to understand the chemical industry, B2B technology, and startup operations.
What You Bring (Qualifications)
- Great Communication: You enjoy talking to people and can communicate clearly and politely.
- Language Skills: Comfort speaking English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- A "Can-Do" Attitude: You don't need to know everything on day one, but you must be eager to learn, ask questions, and figure things out.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred, but your attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most to us.
