Hiring: Quality Analyst Intern (eLearning)

Karanji Infotech is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Quality Analyst Intern to join our eLearning team.
What You'll Do:
- Review eLearning courses and project deliverables for quality and accuracy
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement
- Validate content, multimedia assets, and digital learning materials
- Maintain quality reports, trackers, and documentation
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers, Graphic Designers, Video Editors, and Developers
- Participate in quality audits and feedback sessions
- Support testing and validation of eLearning content
Skills Required:
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to identify errors and provide constructive feedback
- Basic understanding of QA processes
- MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint knowledge
- Good documentation and organizational skills
Good English communication skills are mandatory
Preferred Candidates:
- Freshers are welcome
- Recently completed Bachelor's degree
