We are hiring on behalf of a leading real estate and infrastructure development firm in Jaipur. The company is actively expanding its architectural and project planning team, offering high-growth opportunities for professionals to join during its core setup and scaling phase.
The selected candidate will work closely with senior leadership and contribute directly to residential, hospitality, and infrastructure projects from initial concept development through to final execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, spatial layouts, and construction documentation.
- Develop project concepts, planning layouts, and high-impact design presentations.
- Coordinate directly with consultants, contractors, site teams, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all designs strictly comply with local building codes, bylaws, and regulations.
- Conduct periodic site visits to provide technical design support and resolve execution challenges.
- Produce comprehensive working drawings, estimation support, and technical project files.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining strict quality standards and delivery timelines.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in architecture.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Location: Candidates currently residing in or willing to relocate to Jaipur.
- Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating completed projects is mandatory.
- Project Expertise: Prior experience in Hospitality, Residential, Villas, Farmhouses, or Luxury Housing projects is strongly preferred.
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred (up to 30 days notice accepted).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Mandatory Software Skills: AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office.
- Preferred Software Skills: 3DS Max, Revit, Architectural Visualization Tools.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing, site execution, and spatial planning.
- Excellent communication, project ownership, and stakeholder management skills.
