The company works across multiple industries, including construction, infrastructure, mining, agriculture, packaging, printing, pharmaceuticals, electric vehicles, furniture and industrial machinery.
We are looking for a creative, experienced and execution-focused Senior Graphic Designer who can develop impactful visual communication for exhibitions, conferences, digital campaigns and corporate branding.
Role Overview
The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and maintaining the visual identity of Futurex exhibitions, events and marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in print and digital design, excellent knowledge of exhibition branding and the ability to manage multiple projects within strict event deadlines.
The candidate will work closely with the marketing, sales, operations and event-production teams to deliver creative materials that support exhibitor acquisition, visitor promotion, sponsorship sales and on-ground event branding.
Key ResponsibilitiesExhibition and Event Design
- Develop complete visual identities for exhibitions, conferences and corporate events.
- Create event logos, key visuals, campaign themes and branding concepts.
- Design exhibition brochures, show previews, show directories, visitor invitations, exhibitor manuals, badges, certificates, tickets and event schedules.
- Create large-format branding materials, including backdrops, entrance gates, hoardings, banners, standees, wall panels, directional signage and venue branding.
- Design booth graphics, shell-scheme panels and customized exhibition stall artwork.
- Adapt event creatives into multiple sizes and formats for different venues, industries and international markets.
- Ensure consistency across all pre-event, on-ground and post-event branding materials.
Digital and Marketing Creatives
- Design social media posts, digital advertisements, emailers, website banners and campaign graphics.
- Create promotional materials for exhibitor acquisition, visitor registration, sponsorship campaigns and event announcements.
- Design corporate presentations, sponsorship decks, sales proposals, media kits and company profiles.
- Develop basic motion graphics, animated posts, GIFs and short promotional videos when required.
- Create post-event creatives, highlights, thank-you posts, exhibitor testimonials and event-result graphics.
- Maintain visual consistency across all digital platforms and marketing campaigns.
Print Production and Vendor Coordination
- Prepare accurate and error-free print-ready artwork.
- Ensure correct dimensions, bleed, colour profiles, resolution and file formats.
- Coordinate with printers, fabricators, exhibition contractors and other production vendors.
- Check colour accuracy, material specifications, print quality and installation requirements.
- Review final artwork before sending it for printing or production.
- Conduct venue visits when required to supervise branding production and installation.
- Ensure all event branding materials are delivered and installed within the required timelines.
Creative Leadership and Quality Control
- Guide and review the work of junior graphic designers and interns.
- Allocate design tasks according to event priorities and deadlines.
- Develop reusable templates and design systems to improve creative efficiency.
- Conduct detailed quality checks for typography, alignment, branding, spelling and technical accuracy.
- Ensure that event dates, venue details, contact information and sponsor logos are correct.
- Maintain consistency in the visual identity of each exhibition and event.
- Provide creative direction to photographers, videographers and external creative vendors.
- Present design concepts and explain the creative approach to internal stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, sales, operations, sponsorship and event-production teams.
- Understand campaign objectives and convert business requirements into effective visual communication.
- Manage feedback from multiple stakeholders while maintaining design quality and brand consistency.
- Handle urgent design requests and last-minute event-related changes.
- Prioritize multiple assignments according to event schedules and business requirements.
- Maintain an organized archive of source files, templates, logos, brand assets and final artwork.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Applied Arts or a related field.
- 3–5 years of professional graphic-design experience.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating exhibition branding, event creatives, corporate communication, print design and digital marketing work.
- Advanced working knowledge of:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- CorelDRAW
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layout and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent knowledge of print production and large-format printing.
- Understanding of CMYK and RGB colour modes, bleed, resolution, image formats and print-ready file preparation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, especially regarding event dates, venue information, sponsor logos and technical specifications.
- Good communication, coordination and team-management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience with an exhibition organizer, event management company, advertising agency or experiential-marketing agency.
- Experience designing exhibition branding and large-format event materials.
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar motion-design and video-editing software.
- Experience creating digital advertisements, social media campaigns and promotional videos.
- Experience working on international exhibitions or multilingual campaigns.
- Understanding of digital-ad formats and social-media platform specifications.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with printing, fabrication and event-production vendors.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools while maintaining originality, quality and brand consistency.

Work Expectations
- This is a full-time, work-from-office position based in Kalkaji, New Delhi.
- The role may require extended working hours during major exhibition campaigns.

- Occasional travel to exhibition venues may be required for production supervision, installation checks and on-ground event support.
