Specialist.travel is building India’s next-generation travel upskilling platform — connecting travel professionals with leading resorts, destinations, cruise lines and travel brands through immersive training, certifications, rewards and brand engagement.We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can help us grow our digital presence, engage our travel-professional community and drive campaigns across multiple channels.

What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, WhatsApp and other digital channels
- Manage and grow Specialist.travel’s social media presence
- Create and execute WhatsApp Business campaigns, broadcasts, communities and engagement journeys
- Work with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Canva and other relevant marketing platforms
- Develop engaging content for social media, campaigns, email and WhatsApp
- Track campaign performance, leads, engagement and conversions
- Coordinate with the content, sales and business teams to support campaigns and launches
- Experiment with new digital marketing channels, tools and AI-powered marketing solutions
- Monitor trends and identify opportunities to improve reach and engagement
- Support performance marketing and lead-generation initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business / WhatsApp marketing
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
- Experience with Meta Business Suite / Meta Ads Manager
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and basic performance reporting
- Strong content and copywriting skills
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools
- Understanding of lead generation, funnels, engagement and conversion
- Comfortable working with multiple digital tools and learning new platforms quickly
- Knowledge of AI tools for content creation and marketing is a plus
- Experience in travel, hospitality, tourism, EdTech or B2B marketing is an advantage
