Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused CRE to handle enquiries, generate leads, coordinate site visits, and maintain strong customer relationships in the civil construction industry. Immediate joiners preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and generate leads.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into projects.
- Coordinate client meetings and site visits.
- Maintain customer details and follow-ups in CRM.
- Coordinate with sales, estimation, design, and project teams.
- Address customer queries and ensure timely support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in construction, real estate, interiors, or building materials.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
