Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and responsible Team Members to join our Softy King Café & Ice Cream Parlor. If you love serving customers with a smile, maintaining cleanliness, and working in a fast-paced café environment, this job is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and positive attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately and serve promptly.
- Prepare and serve items like burgers, fries, wraps, beverages, and ice creams.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and service area.
- Follow all SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for food preparation and service.
- Assist in daily opening and closing duties.
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th pass or above.
- Previous experience in café or food service preferred (freshers welcome).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be punctual, honest, and customer-oriented.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
