Position: Business Development Officers
The Business Development Officers will be primarily responsible for producing a qualified lead list, updating all Sales activity in the CRM tool, conducting campaigns, capturing and reporting Sales activity and presenting results to the Management team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct campaigns to targeted markets and regions
- Identify potential clients in those regions and markets using the internet
- Cold calls to relevant clients
- Generate a qualified lead list
- Update and maintain all records in the CRM tool
- Update and maintain the Leads pipeline
- Produce weekly reports to the Management team
Desired Skills
- Strong English, Malayalam language skills – oral and written
- Quick learner with a desire to grow and work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Good phone mannerism with enthusiastic attitude
- Excellent Internet usage skills
Experience: 1 – 2 years (Freshers can apply for Trainee Position)
