1. Production Coordination
- Coordinate with Pardi plant for daily production output, schedules, and dispatch
- Track production targets, material requirement, and WIP status
- Liaise between Corporate Office, Plant, and SCM for smooth operations
2. Quality & Process Support
- Ensure SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards are followed
- Coordinate with QA for in-process checks, rejections, and corrective actions
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency
3. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily production reports, downtime, rejection, and efficiency data
- Track raw material consumption and coordinate with stores/warehouse
- Support MIS, presentations, and data analysis for senior management
4. Compliance & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Ensure 5S, safety, and compliance guidelines are implemented
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores, SCM & Design teams
- Support new product trials and engineering change implementation
Preferred candidate profile
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering OR Electrical Engineering
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of manufacturing processes, BOM, and production planning
- Tools: MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint. Basic ERP knowledge
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
