We are seeking a results-oriented B2B IT Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, build strategic client relationships, and lead complex sales engagements. This role involves owning the end-to-end sales function, developing strategies, and managing key accounts while ensuring consistent target achievement. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in B2B IT sales, with the ability to manage larger deals, influence stakeholders, and contribute to business expansion. The person should also interact with OEM relationship for better co-ordination. The person should also have the capability to integrate solutions for various segments and should able to manage and deliver.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue and profitability targets for the assigned territory or accounts. Manage the team of Sales Executives and drive their performance.
Acquire new business through strategic prospecting, networking, and partnerships.
Engage with prospective clients and convert opportunities into successful deals
Manage and strengthen OEM/vendor relationships to identify new business opportunities
Own the complete sales cycle including lead generation, qualification, solutioning, negotiation, and deal closure.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, CXOs, Purchase managers) to ensure long-term engagement and account growth.
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, forecasts, go-to-market plans to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, pre-sales, delivery) to deliver customized client solutions
Track market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to refine sales approaches
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activity tracking using CRM tools Target Fulfilment & Performance Expectations
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets Build and manage a strong, predictable sales pipeline
Drive higher deal closures, improved conversion ratios, and increased average deal size Take ownership of business goals and consistently exceed sales targets
Contribute to overall revenue growth and market expansion initiatives
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development
Skills & Requirements
Experience 4–8 years of experience in B2B tech/IT sales
Experience in IT infrastructure products such as laptops, desktops, servers, networking & security solutions, AV products, SaaS, or IT services.
Industry Knowledge Familiarity with Cloud, Managed Services, Cyber security, AVSI, and the local corporate landscape
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and sales tracking systems
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
