Job description
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital marketing platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of performance marketing and a keen interest in driving conversions, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, execute, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for leads, conversions, CTR, and ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights for campaign improvement.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure effective allocation of marketing spend.
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams for ad creatives and campaign strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
Requirements:
- 1 - 3 year of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Paid Advertising.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and campaign optimization.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics, tracking, and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of Photo editing software like photoshop, coral etc.
- Knowledge of Website development.
