The Business Continuity Analyst to support a Fortune 100 corporate business continuity program focused on the APAC region. The Analyst will be responsible for executing business continuity plans developed by the Head of Business Continuity and Regional Business Continuity Managers, ensuring program consistency, operational readiness, and resilience across business units.
Responsibilities:
- Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.

Execute the business continuity strategy as developed by Corporate and Regional Business Continuity leadership.

Partner with regional business teams to conduct business impact analyses and risk assessments.

Identify critical services, define recovery objectives, and map critical dependencies.

Document business continuity plan requirements within the corporate continuity tool to drive consistency and formal attestation.

Collaborate with Business teams and Global Real Estate & Facilities to coordinate recovery strategies identified through the planning process.

Facilitate business continuity exercises and testing to identify plan gaps and validate work transfer and recovery processes.

Analyze large datasets and produce meaningful reports to support decision-making.

Support the launch and maintenance of tools and points of contact (POC) for training initiatives.

Serve as liaison with internal support teams to implement and maintain the program.

Support workplace resilience initiatives by coordinating with stakeholders including Facilities, Business Continuity, Information Technology, Security, and Crisis Management to ensure seamless integration within the disaster response cycle..

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience implementing and managing corporate business continuity or risk management programs. Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field. Experience with commercial Business Continuity management tools.
Experience managing and analyzing data from multiple sources to support strategic objectives. Experience responding to significant disruptive events.

Ability to assess processes, systems, and operational challenges to identify risks and improvement opportunities.

Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated written and verbal communication abilities.

Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects while meeting deadlines.

Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Professional certifications such as DRII, BCI, or equivalent preferred.
