1.Authoring and maintenance of the Kitchen Equipment single-discipline model in Auto-desk Revit, BIM,Corbie,Navis Works.
2) Model development to LOD 300–350 (shop drawing/coordination), LOD 400 (fabrication) and LOD 500 (as-built/handover), per DC Appendix 02 – Level of Information Need (LOIN-MDS).
3)Internal clash detection in Navisworks (equipment-to-equipment, equipment-to-builder's work) prior to each model issue, plus support to CHEC's federated cross-package clash coordination (Masonry, Fit-Out, Stage Rigging, MEP, AV, Security), with issues tracked in BCF.
4) Production of all shop drawings extracted directly from the coordinated model (no independent 2D drafting), in PDF + DWG.
5) Quantity take-off and equipment schedules extracted from the model to support procurement and progress reporting.
6) Incorporation and validation support of sub-subcontractor model inputs (Fire Suppression, Cold Room, Custom Fabrication) into the discipline model.
7)Support to 4D/logistics sequencing (zone-by-zone installation sequencing) reflecting the project's zero-lay down site constraints.
8)Progressive attachment of non-graphical data (equipment type, manufacturer, model reference through to full asset information) and COBie- mapped parameters
Pay: ₹19,261.36 - ₹50,000.00 per month
