We're Hiring – ELV BIM Modeler
Sumanam Engineering Services Consultant (SESC) is looking for a talented ELV BIM Modeler to join our growing MEP/BIM team at our Trivandrum Office.
Position: ELV BIM Modeler
Experience: Minimum 2 Years of experience in ELV BIM Modeling.
Job Location: Trivandrum, Kerala
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop BIM models for ELV systems using Autodesk Revit.
- Model systems including:
- CCTV
- Access Control
- Structured Cabling
- Public Address System
- Fire Alarm System
- Intrusion Detection System
- BMS & Security Systems
- Produce coordinated BIM models, shop drawings, and detailed layouts.
- Participate in clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
- Ensure models comply with project standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and client requirements.
- Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Architectural disciplines.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP for ELV Modeling.
- Working knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
- Understanding of ELV design standards and construction practices.
- Ability to prepare coordinated BIM models and construction documentation.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in ELV BIM Modeling.
