JOB Description :-
We are building an AI-powered chatbot support system integrating NLP, chatbot, and backend systems. You will work on a real production-level project involving APIs, AI models, and data systems.
Key Responsibilities:-
● Develop and maintain backend APIs using FastAPI (Python)
● Work with MySQL / SQL Server databases
● Build and improve NLP-based intent classification models
● Handle data processing (Excel, PDFs, scraped data)
● Integrate chatbot with WhatsApp (Twilio API)
● Collaborate with team using GitHub (branching, PRs)
Required Skills:-
● Strong in Python
● Experience with FastAPI / Flask
● Good knowledge of SQL (MySQL or SQL Server)
● Basic understanding of Machine Learning / NLP
● REST API development
● Git & GitHub
Experience:-
● 1 year to 3 year experience
● OR strong hands-on projects in AI / Backend
Good to Have :-
● HuggingFace / Transformers
● Docker
● React basics
● Web scraping (BeautifulSoup)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
