Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territory
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and client follow-ups
- Gather market feedback and provide insights for improvement
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of field sales experience (Freshers with high energy & great communication skills may apply)
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to travel frequently within the region
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
