Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and result-driven Digital Marketing Associate/Digital Marketing Manager to manage and enhance our online presence through social media marketing, SEO, and digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling content strategy, audience engagement, website optimization, and brand visibility across digital platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging content, captions, reels, creatives, and posting schedules aligned with brand goals.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to improve brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Perform keyword research and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
- Handle on-page, off-page, and basic technical SEO activities.
- Optimize website pages, blogs, and content for search engines.
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Track social media and SEO performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Proficient in running paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms when required.
- Build and maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Generate creative ideas to improve audience engagement and online visibility.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and digital marketing concepts.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, video editing, or design tools.
- Good communication and content-writing skills.
- Creative thinking with analytical abilities.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
