Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound sales efforts and generate qualified business opportunities across North America, Europe, GCC, APAC, and India.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable prospecting senior decision-makers, conducting outbound outreach, qualifying opportunities, and booking discovery meetings for the sales team.
Key ResponsibilitiesProspecting & Lead Generation
- Research and identify target accounts based on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP).
- Build prospect databases across:
- North America
- Europe
- GCC Countries
- APAC Region
- India
- Generate qualified meetings with target accounts.
- Achieve monthly meeting-booked targets.
- Contribute to pipeline generation goals.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in SDR, BDR, Lead Generation, or B2B Sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Comfortable working across multiple time zones.
- Strong research and account-mapping capabilities.
- Familiarity with SaaS, Software Development, AI Solutions, ERP, CRM, Mobile Apps, and Digital Transformation services is preferred.
