Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and expand market presence for our chemical manufacturing operations. The role involves sales growth, customer acquisition, market analysis, and coordination with production and technical teams to deliver chemical products that meet client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, agrochemical, or specialty chemical sectors.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, industry events, and client visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable chemical products or solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, pricing negotiations, and commercial agreements.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain sales records, MIS reports, and CRM updates.
- Support product launches and expansion into new markets or regions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Sales is preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in chemical sales, industrial sales, or business development.
- Strong understanding of chemical products and industrial applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

- Knowledge of specialty chemicals, solvents, pigments, additives, or industrial chemicals.
- Strong analytical and market research abilities.
- Ability to manage key accounts and long-term customer relationships.
