### About the Role
Netcraftz Edutech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced *Oracle Supply Chain Cloud Trainer* to support a project focused on *Oracle Supply Chain Cloud Applications, business process understanding, solution demonstration, and digital transformation*.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle Supply Chain Cloud and the ability to explain business processes, functional concepts, solution flows, and application capabilities through practical demonstrations.
### Key Responsibilities
* Understand customer business processes, particularly *Supply Chain processes*, and identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation.
* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from relevant stakeholders.
* Support the implementation and configuration of *Oracle Supply Chain Cloud Applications*.
* Collaborate with Solution Architects and Consultants to design and deliver appropriate business solutions.
* Conduct and participate in *client workshops, requirement discovery sessions, and Conference Room Pilots (CRPs)*.
* Support solution testing, *User Acceptance Testing (UAT)*, and deployment activities.
* Prepare business process documentation, functional specifications, training materials, and other project-related documentation.
* Provide post-go-live support and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
* Conduct *Oracle Supply Chain Cloud demonstrations* and explain end-to-end business processes and solution capabilities.
* Support pre-sales activities through *product demonstrations, presentations, solution discussions, and proposals*.
* Stay updated with Oracle Cloud innovations, Supply Chain trends, and industry best practices.
* Deliver training sessions using practical examples, business scenarios, and application demonstrations.
### Mandatory Requirement
*Oracle Supply Chain Cloud Demo / Training Experience – Mandatory*
Candidates should have the ability to:
* Demonstrate Oracle Supply Chain Cloud applications effectively.
* Explain Supply Chain business processes and their mapping to Oracle Cloud.
* Conduct functional/product demonstrations for learners or clients.
* Explain application workflows and business scenarios in a clear and structured manner.
* Deliver practical, instructor-led training sessions.
* Handle questions and provide functional clarification during training and demonstrations.
### Preferred Candidate Profile
* Strong experience with *Oracle Supply Chain Cloud Applications*.
* Prior experience as an *Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant / Trainer / Solution Consultant*.
* Strong understanding of Supply Chain business processes.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Experience conducting product demonstrations, workshops, or corporate training.
* Ability to simplify complex functional concepts for learners.
* Practical, hands-on knowledge of Oracle Cloud is highly preferred.
* Candidates who can *start immediately* will be preferred.
