Job Summary:
OneCX Techservices Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Customer Care Executives for the ICICI inbound
process. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate
information, and ensuring excellent customer service experience through inbound voice
support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
Resolve customer queries related to banking services and products
Provide accurate information regarding accounts, services, and processes
Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality standards
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when required
Maintain proper records of customer interactions
Follow company policies and process guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Basic computer knowledge
Fresher and experienced candidates both can apply
Customer handling skills preferred
Desired Skills:
Good listening and communication ability
Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Basic typing and system handling knowledge
