About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our Account Creative Director in managing daily operations, client coordination, meetings, schedules, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong understanding of working in a fast-paced advertising environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Account Creative Director's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Servicing, Strategy, Production, Digital, Finance, etc.) to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Attend meetings, prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and track action items until closure.
- Handle client communications, follow-ups, and scheduling whenever required.
- Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and documents.
- Monitor project timelines and remind stakeholders about pending deliverables.
- Organize files, contracts, approvals, and confidential documents.
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence while ensuring timely responses.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners whenever necessary.
- Assist in preparing creative pitches and meeting materials.
- Manage expense records, reimbursements, and administrative documentation.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day workflow and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Handle confidential information with complete discretion.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

- Basic understanding of advertising agency workflows will be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Coordinator.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
