Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Trainer to design, implement, and deliver effective sales training programs for new hires and existing sales teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing sales skills, product knowledge, communication, and overall team performance to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging sales training programs for freshers and experienced sales staff.
- Conduct induction and onboarding training for new sales employees.
- Train teams on sales techniques, objection handling, customer communication, and closing strategies.
- Monitor sales calls and performance to identify training needs.
- Create training modules, SOPs, presentations, and assessment tools.
- Conduct refresher sessions to improve team productivity and conversions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, KPIs, and feedback.
- Collaborate with sales managers to align training with business objectives.
- Keep teams updated on product knowledge, market trends, and customer behavior.
- Support performance improvement plans for underperforming team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Coach, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, CRM tools, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage teams effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in BPO, wellness, healthcare, or service sales is a plus.
