Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and monitor the preschool curriculum.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
- Develop monthly academic plans, assessments, and learning resources.
- Monitor children's developmental progress and maintain academic records.
- Coordinate parent orientation programs, PTMs, and academic events.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the School and management to achieve academic goals.
- Promote innovative teaching methodologies, STEAM activities, and child-centered learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
- Montessori, ECCEd, NTT, or B.Ed. preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience and 2 years in an academic leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of preschool curriculum and child development.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital learning tools.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
