Job Summary:
Saraswathy Multispeciality Hospital is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Biomedical Engineer to support the maintenance, calibration, and safe operation of medical equipment across departments. The ideal candidate will ensure all biomedical devices function efficiently and comply with safety standards, contributing to high-quality patient care.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field
1–3 years of relevant experience in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred
Strong knowledge of medical equipment and troubleshooting techniques
Familiarity with safety and quality standards in healthcare
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Preferred Skills:
Experience with ICU and OT equipment
Knowledge of NABH standards is an advantage
Basic computer skills and documentation proficiency
