About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition efforts, helping us attract, engage, and hire top-tier candidates across multiple functions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills and hands-on recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent across various channels.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Utilize innovative sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking) to identify passive and active candidates.
- Conduct reference checks and negotiate offers with selected candidates.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in corporate or agency settings.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, labor laws, and employment standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
