Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our lighting division. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their lighting requirements, and recommending suitable products and solutions. Comprehensive training will be provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers and understand their lighting needs
- Provide product information and recommend appropriate lighting solutions (residential/commercial)
- Generate and follow up on sales leads and inquiries
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, and interior designers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Ensure proper product display and showroom management
- Stay updated with latest lighting trends, designs, and technologies
Requirements:
- Graduate / Diploma in any field (preferably related to Electrical / Sales / Marketing)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of lighting products (LED, decorative lights, fixtures, etc.) preferred
- Sales-driven and customer-oriented mindset
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software, etc.)
