Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. This opportunity is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of SEO experience who want to build a career in Search Engine Optimization and Digital Marketing.
The candidate will assist in improving website rankings, increasing organic traffic, and supporting various SEO activities.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic on-page SEO activities.
- Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, and URLs.
- Conduct keyword research using SEO tools.
- Assist in content optimization and blog posting.
- Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Perform competitor analysis and website audits.
- Create and manage backlinks through off-page SEO activities.
- Submit business listings, classifieds, and directory submissions.
- Track keyword rankings and prepare basic SEO reports.
- Coordinate with content and web development teams when required.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of SEO concepts.
- Understanding of On-Page and Off-Page SEO.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics is a plus.
- Knowledge of WordPress will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and learning attitude.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Basic keyword research knowledge.
- Content optimization understanding.
- Knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT is a plus.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills.
