Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and highly analytical Affiliate Marketing Specialist with a strong background in lead generation, user acquisition across Meta Ads, affiliate networks, and other paid channels.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in identifying winning campaigns, scaling profitable funnels, optimizing lead quality, and driving consistent acquisition growth. This role requires someone who understands traffic behavior, conversion funnels, affiliate ecosystems, and platform optimization at scale.
You will be responsible for managing and scaling lead generation campaigns, testing new acquisition opportunities, improving campaign profitability, and driving high-volume quality leads across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and scale lead generation campaigns across Meta Ads, affiliate networks, and other paid acquisition channels
- Identify profitable audiences, traffic sources, creatives, and funnel strategies to drive high-quality lead generation
- Monitor and optimize campaigns against KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality metrics
- Test and scale winning creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and conversion funnels to maximize campaign performance
- Analyze campaign performance, traffic quality, and user behavior data to identify optimization and scaling opportunities
- Work closely with affiliate partners, networks, and external traffic sources to improve campaign reach and efficiency
- Continuously experiment with new targeting strategies, campaign angles, bidding models, and acquisition channels
- Collaborate with creative, content, and operations teams to improve conversion performance and campaign scalability
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets effectively with strong focus on lead quality, scalability, and profitability
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, lead generation, or paid acquisition campaigns
- Strong experience in scaling Meta Ads and affiliate campaigns focused on lead generation
- Deep understanding of audience targeting, conversion funnels, traffic optimization, and campaign scaling strategies
- Experience working with affiliate networks, tracking tools, analytics platforms, and attribution systems
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and make optimization decisions quickly
- Proven ability to scale campaigns profitably while maintaining lead quality and acquisition efficiency
- Smart, proactive, and highly execution-focused with strong ownership mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced growth environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
