Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and field-oriented professional to support land identification and acquisition activities for solar energy projects. The role involves extensive coordination with landowners, government authorities, and internal project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify suitable land parcels for solar project development
- Conduct regular site visits for land assessment and feasibility checks
- Coordinate with landowners for negotiation and acquisition process
- Liaise with government authorities for required approvals and clearances
- Verify land documents, ownership records, and legal compliance
- Support in preparing and maintaining land acquisition reports and records
- Coordinate with internal project and engineering teams for site readiness
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of land acquisition activities
- Extensive field travel is required for site visits and coordination work
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of land records and documentation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in field conditions and travel frequently
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Knowledge of local land laws (preferred)
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
