**Position:** Personal Secretary to the CEO

## Job Summary
Rainbow is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will manage the CEO's schedule, coordinate meetings and travel, handle confidential information with professionalism, and ensure the smooth functioning of the Executive Office.
## Key Responsibilities
* Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule.
* Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
* Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, presentations, and meeting materials.
* Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
* Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries.
* Prepare reports, presentations, business correspondence, and other executive documents.
* Maintain confidential files, records, and sensitive business information with the highest level of discretion.
* Liaise with senior management, clients, business partners, and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
* Coordinate executive events, board meetings, and leadership engagements.
* Track important deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on key business priorities.
* Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and administrative documentation.
* Handle ad hoc assignments and special projects as directed by the CEO.
* Ensure the Executive Office operates efficiently and professionally at all times.
## Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
* 3–8 years of experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar executive support role.
* Experience supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives is preferred.

Pay: ₹13,989.97 - ₹96,154.16 per month
