Key Responsibilities:
We’re looking for an Ecommerce Executive who can own the entire online journey.
What you’ll do:
- Onboarding: Set up new sellers/brands on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, tata cliq, Shopify and other marketplaces. Handle catalog creation, compliance, account verification
- Portal Management: End-to-end management of listings, inventory, pricing, promotions, and performance across all online portals
- Growth: Run meta ads, manage SEO, optimize PDPs, track KPIs, and coordinate with logistics/customer support
- Reporting: Daily sales, inventory, and campaign dashboards
Must have: 1-3 years ecommerce experience, strong knowledge of marketplace onboarding, Seller Central, Shopify, Excel, and ads.
Customer Support:
· Handle customer inquiries related to order status, payments and shipping.
· Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding their orders.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, preferably in an ecommerce environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ecommerce platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Should be very well averse with computers especially MS Excel and Emails.
- Must be very fluent with communication in English both verbal and written.
