Job Description – Virtual Ring Expert
As a Virtual Ring Expert, you will conduct one-on-one consultations via video and phone, helping customers select the right diamond, metal, design, finish, ring size, and personalization options based on their preferences, budget, and lifestyle. Every interaction should reflect Rings & I's commitment to craftsmanship, education, and exceptional customer experience. Success in this role will be measured not only by revenue but also by customer satisfaction, consultation quality, conversion rates, repeat business, and referrals. You will play a key role in building long-term customer relationships while representing the brand's values of transparency, personalization, and excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Consultation & Relationship Management
- Conduct detailed consultations through virtual meetings, phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person appointments.
- Understand client preferences, budgets, timelines, and personal requirements.
- Build strong and lasting relationships with clients through genuine engagement and professional communication.
- Maintain regular follow-ups while ensuring clients never feel pressured into making a purchase decision.
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the customer journey.
- Consultative Sales & Advisory
- Guide clients through engagement ring and fine jewelry selections.
- Educate customers on diamonds, certifications, metal options, ring designs, personalization possibilities, and pricing structures.
- Present both advantages and considerations of various options to help clients make informed decisions. Provide transparent recommendations aligned with the client's requirements rather than pushing high-value products. Deliver a premium luxury buying experience that prioritizes trust and customer satisfaction.Customer Experience Excellence Ensure every interaction reflects the brand's commitment to professionalism, transparency, and service.
- Be responsive and available to support clients whenever assistance is required.
- Handle domestic and NRI clients with equal professionalism and attention to detail.
- Proactively resolve concerns and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.
- Sales Performance
- Achieve monthly revenue targets ranging between ₹15 Lakhs and ₹30 Lakhs per consultant.
- Maintain healthy appointment-to-conversion ratios through quality client engagement.
- Generate repeat business and referrals through exceptional customer service.
- Consistently contribute to overall business growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate closely with production, fulfillment, design, and customer support teams.
- Ensure order specifications, personalization details, timelines, and customer expectations are accurately communicated.
- Monitor orders through completion and delivery to ensure service excellence
RequirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in luxury retail, jewellery sales, premium hospitality, relationship management, wealth advisory, or consultative sales
- Understanding of diamonds, gemstones, and jewellery terminology is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience working with NRI or international clientele is an added advantage.
- Undergraduate preferred.
