Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor to oversee on-site execution of interior projects. You will be the bridge between our design team and the contractors on site, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise day-to-day site activities and labor coordination
· Ensure execution matches approved design drawings and specifications
· Monitor material usage, quality checks, and site safety
· Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and procurement teams
· Report daily site progress to the project manager
· Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively
· Maintain site documentation - work logs, material records, snag lists
Qualifications
· B.E Civil Engineering or Diploma in Interior Work
· 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in interior execution
Required Skills
· AutoCAD or equivalent CAD software
· Microsoft Office (Excel for tracking, Word for reports)
· Strong on-site command and team handling ability
· Technical oversight of finishing works (flooring, ceilings, joinery, etc.)
· Vendor and contractor diplomacy
· Knowledge of safety standards and site compliance
