We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Admin Cum Documentation Executive for a builder office who can handle office administration, site-related documentation, coordination work, employee follow-up, and overall office management. The candidate should be capable of coordinating with directors, architects, landowners, advocates, consultants, employees, and CAs for smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Site & Documentation Work
Maintain and manage all project/site-related documents and files.
Handle inward/outward documentation and record keeping.
Prepare, organize, scan, print, and maintain agreements, approvals, and legal papers.
Coordinate for submission and collection of documents from government offices, consultants, and clients.
Maintain proper digital and physical filing systems.
2. Coordination Work
Coordinate with:
Directors
Architects
Landowners
Advocates
Contractors
Employees
Chartered Accountants (CA)
Consultants and vendors
Follow up regularly on pending work and updates.
Arrange meetings, appointments, and schedules.
3. Office Administration & Management
Handle complete office administration activities.
Supervise office housekeeping and office maintenance.
Manage office stationery and purchase requirements.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.
Maintain attendance and staff coordination.
4. HR & Employee Coordination
Employee follow-up and task coordination.
Maintain employee records and attendance.
Assist in recruitment coordination and joining formalities.
Handle basic HR-related documentation.
5. Accounts & CA Coordination
Coordinate with CA for:
Work papers
Data collection
Expense bills
Accounting documents
GST/TDS-related document sharing
Maintain proper vouchers and supporting documents.
6. Communication & Follow-Up
Draft emails, letters, and official communications.
Handle phone calls and client/vendor communication professionally.
Maintain follow-up trackers and status reports.
Required Skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
