The Role:-
As a Counsellor, you will be the bridge between a student’s current potential and their future career. If you are a fresh graduate with high energy, excellent talking skills, and a passion for helping others, this is the perfect launchpad for your career. You will receive hands-on training to provide specialised guidance for students pursuing rigorous paths like Research, Internships, USMLE, International Cambridge certifications, etc. You must be an enthusiastic communicator who can simplify complex educational pathways and motivate students to achieve their dreams.
Key Responsibilities:-
~Specialised Academic Counselling: Learn our core segments and advise students on how to choose the right path.
~Effective Communication:
Listening: Actively listen to students and young professionals to understand their career anxieties and academic gaps.
Writing: Craft clear, polite, and encouraging study plans and emails.
Speaking: Conduct high-impact, confident counselling sessions in English and Hindi.
~Lead Management & Conversion: Connect with incoming inquiries, understand their career goals, explain the value of our courses, and enrol them in the appropriate YungUnitee certification track.
~Student Lifecycle Support: Maintain regular touchpoints with enrolled students to ensure they are happily engaging with our gamified learning modules and Practera projects.
~Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of student progress, feedback, and interaction history in our CRM system (training provided).
~Any other task of a similar nature assigned by the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
~Experience: Freshers are highly welcome! No prior experience required. (Any prior internship in customer support, sales, or campus ambassador roles is a plus).
~Education: Graduate in any stream (Final year students with completed exams can also apply).
~Communication: Exceptional command over both English and Hindi (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
~Interpersonal Skills: Natural ability to build instant rapport, warmth, and trust with a demographic of 16–35-year-old students and young professionals.
~Tech Comfort: Good basic computer skills, CRM — comfortable learning new digital tools, Google Workspace, and video conferencing software.
~Aptitude: A quick learner with a positive attitude who takes feedback well and loves a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:-
Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (In-office / Full-time)
Salary: Up to ₹ 2,40,000 annual package + Attractive Performance Incentives

Note: We are looking for candidates who can join immediately or within a maximum of 7 to 10 days.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
