Salary :₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the service team.
Handle customer calls professionally and understand service requirements.
Assign service jobs to technicians and ensure timely completion.
Monitor service quality and ensure customer complaints are resolved effectively.
Attend customer complaints when required and provide technical support.
Guide technicians at the service location and ensure the job is completed correctly on the first visit.
Follow up with customers after service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain daily service reports and coordinate with the management team.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Home Appliance Service.
Strong knowledge of washing machines, refrigerators, dishwashers, chimneys, hobs, water heaters, RO systems, and other home appliances.
Ability to diagnose technical issues and guide technicians.
Excellent customer handling and communication skills.
Leadership and team coordination skills.
Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
Willing to travel within Coimbatore.
