- Take complete ground ownership of the Toranagallu EV passenger micro-pilot launching on 20th July 2026. Prove the commercial feasibility of an EV-led passenger model (EV cars and e-Rickshaws) within 30 days to clear the runway for large-scale fleet expansion.
Key Responsibilities1. Corporate B2B Sales & Tie-ups (40%)
- Corporate Penetration: Cold-call and secure meetings with administration, human resources, facilities, and contract vendor management desks at the JSW Vijayanagar Steel Plant and its surrounding ancillary ecosystems.
- Contract Acquisition: Pitch and lock in structured B2B transit contracts, fixed daily route loops for contract shifts, and recurring corporate travel bookings for our premium EV car segment.
- Vendor Coding: Manage the end-to-end documentation required to list Keep Moving Logistics as an official, registered corporate transport vendor with major local industrial firms.
2. Field Operations & Driver Management (40%)
- Driver Onboarding: Lead the sourcing, background verification, and practical screening of certified driver candidates for both the lease-model and the loan-model systems.
- Asset Uptime Optimization: Monitor daily vehicle utilization charts. Coordinate shifting patterns, minimize empty/dead mileage, and maintain an active on-the-road uptime profile exceeding 9 hours daily per vehicle.
- Charging & Infrastructure Administration: Supervise the physical charging cycles of the pilot vehicles at our overnight hub. Monitor battery health, track real-world discharge data, and establish contingency protocols for fast-charging top-ups.
3. NBFC Coordination & Data Tracking (20%)
- Financing Liaison: Act as the direct point-of-contact for partner NBFCs, ensuring smooth document collection and processing for drivers moving into our vehicle loan ownership model.
- Pilot Analytics Reporting: Maintain daily log records detailing kilometers tracked, ticket/fare margins, electrical charging costs, and revenue generation to prove the business model's daily net margin target (₹800+ for e-Rickshaws / ₹1,800+ for EV cars).
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of field sales or on-ground operations experience in corporate employee transportation, telecom retail distribution, asset leasing, or regional B2B industrial sales.
- Language Skills: Mandatory fluency in Kannada (to effectively build trust with local drivers, regulators, and field staff) and a strong command of Hindi or English (for corporate corporate boardroom pitching).
- Geographic Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the Ballari-Hospet-Toranagallu industrial corridor, local transit channels, and commuter nodes.
- Core Competencies: High emotional intelligence to manage grassroots drivers coupled with a professional, data-driven approach to interact with senior corporate executives.
Compensation Structure
To ensure absolute alignment with our pilot targets, the compensation features an aggressive performance-driven incentive structure:
- Fixed Base Salary: Competitive, localized industry standard.
