Job Description – Business Development Intern (Sales Calling)

Stipend: ₹16,000 per month
Duration: 6 Months (Extendable based on performance)
About the Role
Recon Institute of Aesthetic Medicine is looking for enthusiastic and driven Business Development Interns to support our admissions and business development team through sales calling, lead generation, and candidate engagement activities.
This opportunity is ideal for final-year students who are looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, business development, customer engagement, and healthcare education.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and leads.
- Explain courses, programs, and offerings of the institute.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule counseling sessions and appointments for the admissions team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in CRM/Excel.
- Assist the Business Development team in achieving admission and enrollment targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students.
Eligibility Criteria
- Final-year undergraduate or postgraduate student.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with sales calling and lead generation activities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Candidates residing in Gurgaon or South Delhi will be preferred.
