Role Overview
Mobicloud is seeking a high-energy, seasoned Sr Sales Executive to drive our market expansion. You won't just be selling "software"; you’ll be providing the digital backbone for businesses. We need a closer who understands the nuances of enterprise workflows—from how a lead moves through a CRM to how a warehouse tracks Inventory.

Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing high-value deals.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to understand client pain points and map them to our CRM, HRMS, Billing, and Inventory solutions.
- Product Demonstrations: Deliver expert-level presentations and "live" demos that showcase the ROI and efficiency gains of our tech stack.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline using our internal tools, ensuring consistent monthly and quarterly goal achievement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Negotiate with C-suite executives, IT heads, and Operations Managers to secure long-term partnerships.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends in SaaS and provide feedback to the Product team to help shape the future of Smartwork’s offerings.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Product Expertise: Minimum 3–5 years of experience specifically selling:
- CRM: (Customer Relationship Management)
- HRMS: (Human Resource Management Systems)
- Billing & Invoicing Software
- Inventory & Warehouse Management Systems
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven Track Record: A history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in the B2B SaaS/IT sector.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being a team player.
- Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and market trends.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
