Hexaleads is a fast-growing B2B digital marketing,& branding firm . We help companies scale with data-driven strategies, powerful content, and performance marketing. We’re looking for an ambitious BDE who can generate leads, build relationships, and drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and work closely with the sales/marketing team to convert prospects into clients.
- Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers to build a strong pipeline.
- Pitch Behawk/hexaleads ’ services (branding, digital marketing, lead generation, B2B solutions) to potential clients.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate prospect information and activity details.
- Meet weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and client acquisition.
- Build strong client relationships for long-term business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (English proficiency is a must).
- Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, B2B services, or IT solutions is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Generate leads through platforms like UpWork , LinkedIn, Freelancer etc.
